Base Salary – $90,000 – $120,000

Target Add’l Comp – $36,000 – $48,000

A Regional Director of Operations is responsible for leading a group of 8-10 Community Managers to achieve Net Operating Cash Flow objectives. You will spend the majority of your time at the front lines of the business, on-site at our apartment communities, walking product and evaluating performance.

Major focus on rent growth and delivering extraordinary customer service
Your portfolio will consist of 2,000 – 3,500 apartment homes (8-10 assets)
You must gain trust and motivate employees while objectively holding them accountable for excellence
You will be expected to deliver rigorous and candid feedback to your team members on a regular basis

The successful candidate will have demonstrated his/her knowledge of financial systems and infrastructure. Assist the Senior Manager with various areas of

REQUIREMENTS:
Three to Five years of tax experience.
Bachelors degree in accounting.
Certified Public Accountant with two years “Big 4” tax
experience, preferred.
Proficient use of computers, including tax preparation
software. Knowledge of Corptax a plus.
Able to work independently with good communication skills
Prefer:
Masters of Science degree in taxation.
