Senior Accountant

Location: Parsippany, NJ
Base Salary: 60k-75k per year

Job Summary:
Our client, a public accounting firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to work in one of their NJ offices. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the private/public accounting fields. The Senior Accountant will also be working in the Financial Resporting area of the company.


Job Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports.
Gather and Analyze data from different departments.
Assist senior managers in financial reporting.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

CPA required
3 years public or private work experience
Assist w/SEC research and preparation
Experience in working with external auditors
Strong knowledge of GAAP, FASB, SEC requirements
Gather and analyze data from other departments to prepare financial reports
