Data and Reporting Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a collection of reports, utilizing Microsoft Reporting Services reporting tools as well as crystal based reports;
• Execute ad-hoc queries and data extractions from our databases utilizing SQL
• Understand, define, and create reporting requirements.
• Analyze data and develop dynamic, analytic reporting solutions.
• Validate accuracy and completeness of data utilized within developed reports.
• Work closely with other teams to identify and establish data sources, table and field requirements.
• Work within IT team and assist with other departmental projects including testing, file processing and data quality analysis.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Reporting Services web and client based reporting tools
• Strong experience with Crystal Reports;
• Basic understanding of relational querying concepts (SQL)
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related area
• Effective written and verbal communications skills.
