Senior Billing Manager

Internet / E-Commerce company seeks a Senior Billing Manager
Base Salary - $70,000 - $85,000
Specific duties include:
-Oversight of the Company's corporate billing system. Hands on involvement in the process of invoice design, creation and delivery.
-Monitor, enhance and develop efficient processes for invoicing and collections.
-Maintain integrity of custom pricing data for corporate customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
-Responsible for achievement of performance metrics related to billing delivery and collections.
-Manage corporate customer communications including billing inquiries and dispute resolution.
-Communicate and make recommendations regarding customer specific collections issues, and the adequacy of the bad debt reserve. Participate in risk assessment and implementation of the Company's credit policies.
-Analyze and create internal reports related to corporate billing trends.
-Maintain internal interdepartmental relationships.
-Manage billing specialists who perform custom billing functions and maintain corporate accounts receivable.
Qualifications
-Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience
-Direct experience with corporate billing operations and/or accounts receivable administration preferred.
-Expertise in various data analysis tools and software including Excel, Access, SQL, Epicor a strong plus
-Exceptional technical skills. Ability to adapt software systems and billing procedures to meet corporate customer specifications.
-Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills. Ability to resolve issues and effect change.
-Results oriented with desire to constantly improve processes.
-Strong communication and people skills. Works well in team oriented environment.
-Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ to 5 years of experience
Management Experience Required - No
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
