Director of Finance
Location: Westchester, NY
Base Salary: 120k-160k per year

Job Summary:
Our client, a hospitality company, is looking for a Director of Finance to manage, lead, establish strategies, set objectives and expectations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees. The ideal candidate will facilitate cooperation and improve communication between employees and departments.
Job Duties:
• Financial reports to management, lenders and franchisors;
• Management reports;
• Record transactions;
• Manage cash flow;
• Cultivate new financing sources;
• Monitor gift card sales and redemptions;
• Interact with lenders, outside accounting firms, banks, and others;
• Interact with Human Resources/Training, COO, Managers, and others;
• Oversee bonus program, cost management, leases, financing, budgets, risk management, analysis of cash flow and special projects;
• Monitor insurance claims;
• Manage internal accounting controls and reporting.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Min. of 3 years of public accounting experience(preferably with a Big 4 firm).
CPA, MBA, Master's a plus.
Excel fluency required.
Managerial experience required.
Restaurant industry experience a plus.
Ability to produce reports and manuals.
This position reports to CFO.
