Reporting Analyst

Our client is in need of a reporting analyst providing 3rd level Support on reporting solutions. Strong SQL and Crystal report writing skills are required for this role. This is a great opportunity in a dynamic growth organization that will deliver superior results to our customers.
This is a direct hire fulltime position. No contractors or third parties please.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
· SQL Server (including Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Integration Services)
· Builds, manages, maintains and troubleshoots other mission critical data feeds from third party applications into in-house applications
· Authors reports with Reporting Services, CrystalReports, Excel and/or other reporting tools
· Analyzes reports and reporting systems for efficiency, logic errors and improvements
· Develops detailed production and ad-hoc reports
· Trains and mentors support team
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS · SQL Server, T-SQL, Reporting Services, Excel, MS Office· Report writing experience (Crystal, Access, Reporting Services or similar experience)
· Knowledge of relational database
· 4+ years Report Writing / 1 + Business Analysis experience,
· Proven ability to manage own projects, understand business needs and gather requirements
· Proven ability to understand and build solutions based on requirements
· Proven strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. Solid communication skills
· Very strong work ethic. Quick to learn. Strong team player
· Ability to work independently and ability to work as part of a strong team environment. Experience and willingness to follow process and methodology
