Base Salary - $40,000 - $45,000
Our client is looking for a candidate with a solid background in finance and accounting. The goal is to hire an individual in the next few weeks with a few years of experience working at a promotional company. The candidate will wear many different hats within our finance department.
Responsibilities
- Vouching (analyzing) and paying of payables
- Posting order deposits- both receivables and payables- credit card and cash
- Invoicing to clients
- Charging client credit cards
- Posting cash receipts - bank deposits
- Posting credit card receipts
- Updating commissions
- Paying commissions and posting commission adjustments
- General ledger
- Journal entries
Knowledge of payroll and month end reports is an extra benefit.
