Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with direct experience in developing commercial technology products for resale. Your resume should provide extensive experience in software analysis, development, design, coding, maintenance, creating specifications, converting requirements into design, system analysis, installation and testing of various Client/Server Applications (complete SDLC Life cycle development), Web Applications & N-Tier Applications with emphasis on OOA/OOD.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to all levels of the organization including Product Management, Operations and Manufacturing.
• Evaluates the Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) and creates an Engineering Response Document.
• Extensive experience in C, C++, C#, VC++, MFC, algorithms, Win32 API, Java, on UNIX /Windows platforms.
• Experience in Design, Coding and Development of lower level design units on C for subsystems in the Network Elements related to Network applications
• Expertise in Distributed Client/Server applications using C, C++, Java, Active X, COM/DCOM, WSDL, SOAP, and MQSeries.
• Ability to track and support multiple simultaneous activities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding problem solving skills.
• Experience in developing proof of concepts according to the business requirements.
• Adept at server-side developing of distributed fault-tolerant data-centric systems on both NT and UNIX platforms.
• Hardware & Software existing system’s documents created, Testing & Support requirements, Manufacturing, etc.
• Experienced in Database programming using SQL, PL/SQL, Pro*C, ODBC, JDBC, OCI calls, embedded SQL.
• Ability to analyze and balance facts, priorities, resources, constraints and alternatives to make sound decisions and recommendations.
• In-depth experience in converting the Business Requirements into Technical Specifications (Design, Coding & Testing). Proficient in Multi-threading, IPC, Socket-based Interface development.
• Working experience with memory management and code optimization and performance analysis tools.
• Ability to evaluate past decisions to improve the effectiveness of future decisions and development efforts.
• Working knowledge with CMMI level products and applications.

Requirements:
• 7 + years as a software Engineer
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or equivalent
